Customizable Dimensions for Any Application

One of the key benefits of our rectangular utility chambers is their customizability. The design flexibility allows for precise tailoring of the chambers to suit specific project requirements.

  • Inside Length and Width Variability: The inside length and width dimensions of these utility chambers can be adjusted in 300mm increments, offering a high degree of flexibility to meet project-specific needs.
  • Wall Thickness Customization: The wall thickness of the utility chambers can be modified in 25mm increments, allowing for fine-tuning to meet various depth and loading conditions.

Seamless Connections and Installation

To ensure ease of installation and maintain structural integrity, each precast section of the utility chambers can be supplied with one of two types of joints:

  • Single Offset Joint: This type of joint provides a simple yet effective connection between chamber sections, allowing for smooth alignment during assembly.
  • Shiplap Joint: The shiplap joint offers an interlocking connection between sections, providing superior strength and preventing water infiltration or shifting once the sections are assembled. The joint is designed to be filled with either a gasket or mastic, further enhancing the seal and ensuring a watertight connection.

Riser Section Flexibility

The riser sections of Concast’s rectangular utility chambers are available in 300mm height increments, allowing for height customization based on the needs of the site. The riser sections can be stacked to reach a maximum height of 2.4 meters, providing the flexibility to accommodate deep installations or adjust for varying ground conditions.
